Got a few zucchini laying around? This is a yummy way to cook them!
Start by slicing a few up
heat some oil in a large skillet and dump in the zucchini, sprinkle with the basil and a few tablespoons of dried chives (or fresh chives if you happen to have some)
saute until they are slightly carmelized and soft, sprinkle with salt and pepper and enjoy!
