DUTCH BABY

- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 large eggs at room temperature
- 1/2 cup whole milk at room temperature
- 1/4 t vanilla extract
- 1/8 t cinnamon
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/8 t nutmeg
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- Place skillet in oven and preheat to 450 degrees
- Blend flour, eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in a blender until smooth
- Put butter in heated skillet
- As soon as it melts, pour batter into skillet
- Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until puffy and starting to brown
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar
