Ina's Sun Dried Tomato Dip
 
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped - about 8 tomatoes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 10 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 t Kosher salt
  • ¾ t freshly ground pepper
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
Instructions
  1. Puree everything in a food processor under blended
  2. Add the scallions, pulse twice
