Browned Butter and Caper Asparagus
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 T capers
  • 1 lemon
  1. Steam asparagus for 10 minutes, drain
  2. Melt butter in pan and let it cook until it starts to brown slightly
  3. Add capers and saute until they brown
  4. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon
  5. Pour over the asparagus
