Balsamic Vegetables

Ingredients
  • 1 small bag of baby carrots
  • 1 handful of fresh green beans
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • ½ head of cauliflower
  • 1 small package of grape tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 5 T balsamic vinegar
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Steam all the vegetables except for the tomatoes for about 10 minutes
  2. Drain thoroughly
  3. Add the tomatoes
  4. Whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard together and pour over the vegetables
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
