Artichokes with Preserved Lemon Aioli

Ingredients
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¾ C olive oil
  • 1 T finely chopped preserved lemon
Instructions
  1. Whisk together egg yolk, lemon juice, salt and garlic
  2. Slowly add the olive oil, whisking constantly until the mixture emulsifies
  3. Add preserved lemon
