Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • 3 large eggs at room temperature
  • ½ cup whole milk at room temperature
  • ¼ t vanilla extract
  • ⅛ t cinnamon
  • ⅛ t salt
  • ⅛ t nutmeg
  • ½ stick unsalted butter
Instructions
  1. Place skillet in oven and preheat to 450 degrees
  2. Blend flour, eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in a blender until smooth
  3. Put butter in heated skillet
  4. As soon as it melts, pour batter into skillet
  5. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until puffy and starting to brown
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
