This is such a simple classic recipe, but one I make a lot. It’s a great tv snack or with a glass of wine and some pita chips, dinner sometimes!
1 can garbanzo beans
4 T fresh lemon juice
2 T tahini
1 t salt
1 T olive oil – optional
1 clove garlic
pepper from the mill to taste
So, see if you can follow me here, this is REALLY REALLY REALLY hard
put all the ingredients in a food processor, and process until smooth.
garnish with a few grinds of pepper and serve!
