Artichokes with Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 artichokes
  • 1/4 C champagne vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 t dried basil
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Steam the artichokes until soft
  2. Blend the rest of the ingredients in a blender
