Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Creamy mushroom pasta, simple and delicious 



2 T butter

14 ounces of fresh mushrooms, chopped 

3/4 C chicken broth

3/4 C heavy cream

2 T lemon juice

2 T Creme Fraiche

1 lb of linguine or spaghetti

1/2 C grated Parmesan 


Heat the olive oil in a large skillet

Add the mushrooms and cook for 4 or 5 minutes over medium heat

Add the stock, cream, creme fraiche and lemon juice, let simmer for 10 minutes or so over low heat while you make the pasta

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package


Toss pasta with mushroom sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan
