Halloumi Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 small baguette, sliced
  • 2 or 3 lbs of small tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 lb of halloumi
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Slice halloumi and brush with olive oil
  2. Grill on high heat until browned on both sides
  3. Place a sliced tomato on each piece of bread, top with tomatoes and halloumi
  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze
