  1. Mix all the ingredients together for the marinade
  2. Place meat in a large plastic bag, add marinade
  3. Refrigerate for a few hours
  4. Remove meat from marinade and shake off excess
  5. Grill meat until medium rare
  6. Slice thinly
  7. Dress the arugula with the olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
  8. Spread the bread with goat cheese, put a piece of beef and a little arugula on each slice
