Artichokes with Preserved Lemon Aioli

Ingredients

Scale

Steamed artichokes 

1 preserved lemon, seeded and minced

4 cloves of garlic, smashed

1/2 t salt

1 C extra virgin olive oil  

Instructions

Steam artichokes 

Put lemon, garlic and salt in food processor or blender

Process for a few seconds

Slowly add olive oil while the processor is running until a thick emulsion is achieved
