- 3 hard boiled eggs, minced
- 3 T feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 T green olives, minced
- 1 T parsley, minced
- 3 T mayonnaise
- 1/8 t garlic powder
- 1 1/2 t red wine vinegar
- Combine eggs, cheese, olives and parsley in a large bowl
