In my never ending quest for great wines with cute labels, (it has a unicorn for Pete’s sake) may I present Jasper Hill Shiraz!
It’s rich, fruity, lots of well-balanced tannin. This is the kind of wine you could put away in your cellar for a few years and it would only get better and better (I’m not that patient!)…
Try it with beef stew, pork chops or maybe pasta carbonara….

Grilling sirlion kababs for dinner and that sure would make a lovely glass to keep me company at the grill. Shiraz is a favorite.

It’s amazing how some inexpensive wines can be so delicious, especially with a flame grilled burger. Yummy! Guess what I’m having for dinner tonight?! HA!
