Is that fog rising from water? Looks beautiful with the mountains beyond.

      Hi Barb!

The Weber River runs through there and adds to the fog, but we are so high here that we are sometimes in the clouds! There are days when I look out my windows and feel like I’m on a boat in the fog. I love it!!

I don(t know where you live, but it is a wonderful place. I live in a small apartment, in a middle of town : there’s a lot of neighbors, a lot of rumor, a lot of people (even if it isa small city) and sometimes, I dream to live in places like you show.
    Thans for this.

What a neat fog blanket. Almost looks comforting.

Oh, the beauty of mountain living….
Sadly, the fog will be replaced by..ahem…’inversion’ aka smog, in the big city soon. Glad I don’t live in it. You too:)

Ah yes, our wonderful inversions aka smog! It’s nice to be “above it all” a little bit….

The snow has been falling all day long here! It’s really beautiful, especially since I don’t have to go out in it!

I love the fog or clouds that reach down to the valley floor…it is always so magical! ;D

Beautiful…with a dusting of snow as well. Probably because the water is warmer…we see that effect in Florida over the ocean when the weather turns really cold. It never ceases to fascinate.
