Grilled Nectarines with Blue Cheese

 

 

Cut the nectarines in half

brush with light olive oil or grapeseed oil

grill until charred a little and top with blue cheese

CAUTION: These may become addicting…

      I have had baked grapefruit and it was wonderful! I used to broil them all the time also for breakfast, but haven’t done that in a long time.

    I’m loving this. Getting a case of Colorado peaches tomorrow and have some blue cheese in the fridge. Can’t imagine this wouldn’t be great for peaches too.

    I had a very similar dish when we were in Oregon. They had some pitted cherries on top and it was plate-licking scrumptious!
