Grilled Asparagus

I love making this in the summer when I grill meat outdoors. This and a piece of grilled steak or salmon and a glass of wine is the perfect, simple quick summer dinner in my book. Great for those nights that you just want to relax outside.

Wash the asparagus and then cut off the thick end pieces, sprinkle with olive oil and mix around until the spears are covered, sprinkle with Kosher salt

Grill until soft and maybe a little charred on the ends, serve with a pat of butter (not required, but a nice touch)

easy peasy

xxoo,

RMW

Since I have become “Queen of the Grill” I am always looking for easy recipes. I will add this to my stock. Suggestion, try topping with blue cheese crumbles. I loved the combo on my flatbread the other night.

I don’t grill these days, but I do roast my asparagus. Would love it grilled too…wish I could.
