Waterbrook Melange

waterbrook melange1

I know, I know, I know, the label isn’t cute at all – no animals or classic rock references…

But put this on your “to try” list anyway, because it’s good! Clean fruit flavor, well balanced tannins – a great wine to sip on a spring night on the deck…

trust me…

I keep reading waterbrook in the title as watermelon…which would make for quite an interesting wine… 😛

The region produces some excellent and reasonably priced wines, even without an animal on the label. What blends did they use?

    Phyllis,

I believe it’s merlot, cab & malbec for the most part – it’s become a new favorite- let me know if you try it!

Hehe you know I know someone that is only attracted to super cute labels. A shame that she would miss out on this gem!
