My Ina appetizer is even simpler than yours, but I have to make this. I’m having a few neighbors for a holiday dinner party next Friday night and need something fast so I can spend more time on the main dish–Ina’s roast vegetable lasagna from the new book!

December blessings, RMW!! Get in touch if you’re ever in the Springs…would love to see you in person.

Decadent, indeed. I love sundries tomatoes. (Especially in the winter when we can’t get decent fresh)

      Barb,

I’m all over sun dried tomatoes in the winter for the same reason.
