pomegranate cocktail

I made one of these last night when I got home from work, and it sure hit the spot!  And because it has pomegranate juice in it, it’s good for you!!  Sometimes a nice frosty cocktail can set the whole tone of your evening, this one sure did…

Somehow I am not sure it will taste as good “virgin” but I might try.

Oh boy! I love your glasses! And I’ll take a virgin one of those, please!

    Or two!

Speaking of vodka (did you notice that seamless segue?), I watched Michal Symon use vodka in his onion ring batter. Vodka and beer. He says it makes them super crunch! I’d like to give it a try. They looked amazing!
