Fig, Brie & Prosciutto Bruschetta

Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

This recipe for brie cheese and fig is a classic combination, but the addition of the prosciutto takes it over the top.  I made this for a friend’s party and we ended up eating most of it before her guests arrived, so I had to make another plate.  It’s sweet, salty and creamy all at once.  You can’t really go wrong with that lineup!

I used President Brand Brie that comes in a log so it was simple to just slice the cheese and assemble.  It takes 10 minutes top to put this together which comes in handy when people are eating them as fast as you can make them!

Hehe I suspect I’d eat most of these before guests arrived too! 😀

Yum! This sounds amazing! Great tip to use the brie log — that would make it so much easier. I’m all over this one! ~Valentina
