A great way to take advantage of the gorgeous berries in the markets right now.
I used blueberries and sliced strawberries in this one, but any mix of berries works. Serve it while the goat cheese is still a little warm. This is my very favorite salad! This recipe makes a LOT of salad, so if you aren’t feeding a crowd, cut it in half.

Yum…..except I’d probably eat the goat cheese and berries and skip the lettuce!

We don’t usually put blueberries in savouries here but I tried my first savoury blueberry dish (a beef and blueberry soup) and it was delicious! So I must give this a go 😀

Wow, unusual mix of ingredients. I think am going to try to leave off the bread crumbs (but not the cheese!) Thanks for sharing and a happy 4th!

Oh boy. Oh boy!
I think I have all these ingredients in my fridge right now.
Just came back from Idaho-Northern California and the berries at the farm stands were incredible!
I guess I’ll have to settle for organic ones from Trader Joes, though.
We have such similar tastes! You always make me drool.
In a good way!
Thanks for sharing this GREAT recipe.
